SR PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER

**Why you should join:**
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Transfers Project Manager to lead footprint migration and insourcing/outsourcing projects. This role is critical to delivering our manufacturing strategy, aimed at building a cost-efficient, lean, and flexible global footprint and supply chain. You will ensure the seamless transfer of machines, tools, processes, and knowledge-while maintaining uninterrupted delivery to our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
Drive change management to secure alignment and adoption.
Oversee project monitoring and controlling to ensure success.
Lead, develop, and inspire project teams across functions.
Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in manufacturing migration and transfer projects.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, with both technical and commercial acumen.
Demonstrated Project Management expertise.
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing costs.
Proven leadership skills and ability to develop teams.
Ability to influence stakeholders in a complex, matrix organization.
Clear thinker, able to prioritize and deliver against challenging targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
Fluent English is required.
PMI certification is a plus.
